CNC Mill Work

With the use of our CNC Mill, we are able to focus in the production and prototyping of products with accuracy and precision. Using CAD/CAM software, we can produce parts up to a dimension of 50" x 20" x 25" with a tolerance of ±.001. Our experienced machinists will ensure high-quality parts that meet your specific requirements.

CNC Lathe

Shafts are our specialty. We are proficient with turning on a manual lathe, but when producing a product that requires not only speed but precision as well, we have the capabilities to meet both expectations. We provide services on a CNC lathe with 30" maximum swing, 17" cutting diameter, and 34" cutting length with ±0.0005 tolerance.

General Machining

We offer services on both a lathe and a mill, allowing us to dedicate our services to the repairing and replacement of fixtures and tooling for a variety of applications. We provide services on a lathe with 20" x-axis x 80" between centers, as well as a mill with dimensions of 50" x 20" x 25" with ±0.001 tolerance.

Government Procurement
